Conference Covid Safety Measures
Covid is on the rise again in London, so this note is to reinforce some general guidance for safety:
If you test positive for Covid, have symptoms, or believe you may have been exposed to infection, please stay in your hotel and use the zoom links to join, provided you are well enough! Please contact Zoe or Georgie to let us know, and get better soon.
When attending the conference in person at UCL, and at the concerts: for the safety of others, please wear good quality masks. We have FFP3 masks available: please collect one for each day.
Meal Information
Meals during conference days – Monday 28th + Tuesday 29th
During the conference days, meals will be provided by UCL (breakfast + lunch). There will be vegan and non-vegan options available. All UCL catering is vegetarian.
Sunday evening, Nov 27th

We have a restaurant booking at Perilla (Newington Green) at 6pm.

There is time between the gig and the reservation, so please make use of these bars next door to the restaurant on Newington Green if you’d like a drink beforehand:

There will be time for dinner in between the end of the conference and the gig at Iklectik. Here is a selection of restaurants near Goodge Street station (where you can get the tube to the music venue):

You can also travel to Iklectik from King’s Cross tube station. There are a number of restaurants next to the station in Coal Drops Yard (Stable St, N1C 4DQ) including:

There are also a number of restaurants in the Brunswick Centre.
